The creators behind the story.
At the age of eighteen, Destiny lost her mobility due to her rare bone disease and developed other health conditions. She started journal writing to release the pain and thoughts running through her head. Her life was turning upside down. Writing and baking were Destiny's way of expressing herself and process what was happening to her. Thanks to the love and support from her father, John knew how to make his daughter see that she could still accomplish her dreams and become an inspiration to others.
Destiny's story writing began when she went back to college with her father by her side. Her father, John Constantin, put his career on hold to take care of Destiny and even register for college with her so she could go to school. John wrote an essay for his English class, starting with the words, "Two lone wolves setting out." With a background in education and studying children's literature, Destiny knew how to turn those few words into an unbelievable story for kids of all ages to read. Destiny and her father combined their thoughts, ideas, and words to create a masterpiece they are both proud of and hope families worldwide will enjoy.

Jasmine and her parents spend a week cleaning her room in preparation for the new school year. Jasmine decides to sell toys, clothes, and books from when she was younger to help raise money for Grandma's church. Jasmine helps her Dad pack the van with the boxes to bring to the garage sale. On the way to pick up Grandma, Jasmine, and her Dad travel through a rainstorm and end up in an eerie and mystical town. They are lost and are afraid they won't make it to the garage sale or back home when the van stops working, and wolves surround them. Will Jasmine and her Dad make it back home?

The Journey with Dad 2 is an award-winning children's book. Destiny and John Constantin recently won this year's Golden Wizard Book Prize.
Jasmine has gone through a drastic life change. All she wants to do is go for a car ride with her family. Jasmine's parents want to cheer their daughter up by taking her to the pumpkin farm. Mom, Dad, and Jasmine are traveling to the pumpkin farm, but they end up back in Nightcastle County. Who's ready for another journey?
